A new record was set for a South Devon polled bull at this week’s Society Autumn Show & Sale, selling at 10,200 gns for M E & T E Broome’s Leicestershire-bred Z Welland Valley Trident 3, to W P & S L Harper, Holsworthy, Devon. By Z Embury Hermes (T), the bull’s polled genetics will bring additional bloodlines to the Harpers’ Bedford herd.
